For 20 years I've worked across the bench and the boardroom. It started in the lab, with cancer research at NIEHS and assay development at Pfizer before moving into the field, designing Phase I and II clinical trials and evaluating public health programs on the ground. That systems thinking is what eventually pulled me into healthtech, where I’ve spent the last 12 years building products across patient experience, pharmacy, oncology, and clinical trials.
I joined Bivarus as employee number two and helped drive 5800% customer growth and delivery of actionable patient experience data to clinical teams, which lead to our acquisition by Press Ganey. At RxAnte, I built and scaled medication adherence analytics products for a UPMC-backed SaaS platform, growing active users by 31% while reducing operational overhead by 25%.
At McKesson, I built both the clinical trial and RWD feasibility tools that improved clinical trial patient recruitment by 123% and established the foundation for the spin-out of Ontada, respectively. At Amazon Pharmacy, I built AI-driven prescription ingestion and processing solutions where speed, accuracy, and patient safety had to coexist at scale and reduced prescription processing time by >99% while reducing manual burden and improving provider and patient experience.
At the core of it, I'm a puzzle solver, I find the patterns, triangulate the real problem, and build toward meaningful change. Now I put my experience to work across teams navigating the hard parts of building something that actually works. As a fractional leader, I’ve helped teams build product function and rigor from the ground up in support of big objectives and product pivots. I've embedded as a hands-on product leader, advised executives on strategy and tradeoffs, audited what's working versus what’s not, and partnered with early-stage founders on discovery research to pressure-test ideas before they become expensive bets.
